Do you know someone who is serving or has served in the military, deceased or alive? If so, the Royal Canadian Legion offers a chance for their contributions to be recognized and honored in our annually-published Military Service Recognition Book (or MSRB for short).
Richmond Hill and the surrounding area have a long tradition of military service, and your local Legion would like to honor our men and women in this historic book. You can find a submission form online at this link.
Anyone can make a submission; whether you are a friend, family member, or you yourself are a Veteran and wish to be in the MSRB. An online or in-person submission at the legion can be made year-round. If you wish to make an online submission, please deliver your signed form, biography, and a photo (preferably in uniform) to: treasurer@legion375.ca. Inquiries are also welcome.
We invite you to visit your local Legion (Richmond Hill, Branch 375, 233 Centre St., East) to obtain more information regarding this Remembrance program and more importantly, to submit a story and photo of a Veteran.
Once the new volume is published, those who made a submission will receive a free copy of the MSRB. Additionally, a digital version can be read online at this link.

National Defence and the Canadian Forces Ombudsman developed and introduced a Military Benefits Browser on April 9, 2018. The browser provides easily accessible information related to benefits and services for military members who are ill, injured, or transitioning out of the Canadian Armed Forces, their families, as well as families of the deceased.
